Harmonix Academy reserves the right to withhold services or cancel enrollment due to non-payment or violation of academy policies.

All payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. Refunds are subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 8 below.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, design, graphics, and other materials on this website are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without the express written permission of Harmonix Academy. The Harmonix Academy logo and name are trademarks of Harmonix Academy, LLC.

Refunds for course enrollment fees are subject to the following conditions:

• Full refunds are available if withdrawal occurs within 7 days of enrollment, provided that the course has not yet commenced.
• Partial refunds (50%) are available if withdrawal occurs after 7 days of enrollment but before the second week of classes.
• No refunds will be issued for withdrawals occurring after the second week of classes.
• Application fees are non-refundable.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are subject to review by the academy administration.

9. Modifications to Terms

Harmonix Academy may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
